Young People’s Enterprise Centre of Expertise
The Young People's Enterprise Centre of Expertise (YPECOE) is hosted by the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and funded by Advantage West Midlands, the regional development agency for the West Midlands.
YPECOE is a 2-year project which is promoting and developing young people's entrepreneurship as an economic driver for the region. Its legacy is a unique web platform – www.thinkenterprise.org – which provides a range of practical business tools, advice, video role models, mentoring and networking for under-25s.
Its target is to increase the number of young people starting a business and/or becoming self-employed by 30% in the next two years. It also provides growth support to young people already running a business.
